A bit about our presentations



We've found that sleep tips aren’t helping people get quality sleep. They need to understand why they can’t sleep first therefore, a little bit of theory is necessary. Our technological world has impacted our sleep, especially with the 24-hour news cycle, economy and social media access. We have many barriers that hinder us from winding down.


What is necessary to:

  1. Wind down the mind?
  2. Wind down the body?
  3. Maximise neurotransmitters and hormones of sleep?


To do this we need to manipulate:

  1. Brain (mind)
  2. Autonomic nervous system
  3. Environment (anything external to ourselves)
  4. Chemicals in the body.


If you are having significant issues with sleep, you need to address all these areas to increase your chances of better sleep. You’ll see that it’s all connected.
